Human well-being
THE STEPS
The STEPS -project seeks solutions to enable young people who are partially capable to work to find employment and training pathways for those for whom full-time employment is not possible without long-term and comprehensive support for work and functional capacity.
The co-operation between the third sector and LAB University of Applied Sciences clarifies the service paths of partially capable young people. The project develops a third-sector service package and co-operation networks to support the employment of young people with partial working abilities. The aim of the project is to highlight the potential of the most hard-to-employ people in the labor market and to support their resources. The Steps will be funded by the European Social Fund from 1.5.2021 to 31.3.2023.
