Experienced employees in workinglife
The project aims to improve the conditions and frameworks for veterans over 54 years of age to remain in work and working life: work absorption, ability and desire to work, career management skills, employability, and to strengthen the age management skills and methods of supervisors and human resources professionals.
The project solves challenges related to experienced workers staying employed and in working life (work ability and desire, career interests) as well as continuing and changing their careers (need for job design, changes in employment relationship, task or area, mismatch) from the perspectives of both experienced workers and employer parties.
The project is managed and implemented by LAB University of Applied Sciences and is part of the national Future Labor Market coordination project.
