’’ Customer Service Simulations in Financial Management ‘’ project responds to the need to map the changing competence needs of financial management companies and organizations in the Päijät-Häme region and develop forms of learning which will meet the needs.In particular, the project develops the customer service skills of financial administration employees, the development skills of customer-oriented services and skills related to those topics. The methods used in the project are competence needs anticipation and simulation learning.The target group of the project are financial management companies located in the Päijät-Häme region, as well as medium-sized and large organizations with their own financial department and the personnel of these organizations.
