Work Pulse – Technological tools for developing wellbeing and expertise management at work
The continuous change in working life challenges well-being. The concept of management is changing, and it is needed to develop knowledge based management and as well as remotework and multi-location management competence. New methods to measure well-being at work as well as competence needs as well as updating of the operating culture are needed.
The goal of the project is to search for and pilot together with the companies of South-Karelia and Päijät-Häme new technological tools to improve well-being and expertise at work. The tools to be piloted are selected based on each company. The companies are supported by the experts of LAB in piloting technology tools and utilizing information obtained from data as part of knowledge-based management.
This project will be reached by
1) mapping, classifying, compiling and sharing information about existing technology tools for monitoring well-being and expertice, and creating a Work Pulse Model to find suitable technology and utilize technology knowledge in management
2) companies are supported to find the best possible tools for them and
3) companies are supported in the pilots of technology surveys and other technologies, and key personnel are coached in knowledge-based management based on technology trials, and information on these trials is compiled.
As a result of the project, new methods of operation and technology tools have been piloted for the development of well-being at work, competence and knowledge-based management. The result is the Work Pulse operating model. The developed operating methods and model are disseminated for use by other expert organizations, and they are also communicated to other stakeholders. The project contributes to the well-being, equality and equality of the target group in working life and its development.
