The project improves and increases its main target groups, Kiipula Associations and Lahti University of Applied Sciences students, teachers, Student Advisors and other Practical Learning Supervisors know how and skills in students’ careers mentoring. New student learning practices, tools and all over guidance system content will be developed through Nuori Yrittäjyys- training and coaching as well as workshops by the LAMK and Kiipula personnel in cooperation with Nuori Yrittäjyys Association and local companies.



The project promotes availability of student counselling and information strengthening students' gender equality and equal career opportunities as well as regenerates traditional gender – based occupations.The project aggregates a regional cooperation network which main aim is to develop and pilot a common policy in order to prevent Kiipula students more options for workplace based studies in local companies.



The project is carried out by Lahti University of Applied Sciences collaboration with Kiipula Association, Lahti district public authors and 3. Sector with SME’s.
