HAVUJA- Creating traction and Increasing Attraction for the Welfare Sector

HAVUJA - Creating traction and increasing attraction for welfare sector project is a joint project of the LAB University of Applied Sciences, Sampo University College and the South Karelia welfare region. The goal of the project is to respond to the challenges of attraction and retention in the welfare sector in South Karelia. The target group is potential applicants to the field, those already studying in the field, and those working in the field, especially supervisors of student internships. The target group is also supervisors who are responsible for recruitment and job development.



The project is an ESR+ project and the project will be implemented from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.
