Participating companies include the fat technology pioneer PerFat Technologies, Kaffa Roastery winner of the Menestysresepti 2026 competition with its Kili drink and the successful local company Viipurilainen Kotileipomo

The event is divided into three sessions. You may attend one or more sessions. Each session has a capacity of 30 participants – secure your spot by registering in advance! All participants must also register for the LUT Blossom event. Registration links can be found at the bottom of the page.
