Eligibility and Student Selection

Autumn 2025 intake
 

Bachelor's programmes

The application will be filled in at Studyinfo during 8 - 22 S January 2025. The application period ends at 3 p.m. Finnish time (UCT+2).

Eligible applicants have completed

• a Finnish Matriculation Examination;
• an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree;
• a European Baccalaureate (EB) Diploma;
• a Reifeprüfung (RP) or Deutsche Internationale Abitur (DIA) degree completed in Finland;
• a Finnish vocational upper secondary qualification covering 180 competence points completed after 1.8.2015
  (Competence-based qualifications are not taken into account)

Exceptionally, Bachelor of Culture and Arts, Sustainable Design Business is offered in the Joint application, and all students eligible for higher education, regardless of country, are eligible to apply.

Master's programmes

LAB offers five Master's level degree programme in the Joint application, spring 2025, for which you can check eligibility on the Studyinfo. 

• Master of Culture and Arts, Design for the Planet , online studies
• Master of Business Administration, Business Innovation Culture and Creativity, online studies
• Master of Social and Health Care, Emergency Care Systems Development and Leadership, online studies

Interdisciplinary master's degree programmes

• Circular Economy Solutions, online studies
• Technological Transformation Leadership, online studies
