Simulation-based learning is safe, practical and insightful
Simulation Centre offers insightful learning experiences in learning situations simulating real working life situations. Simulation-based learning is an appropriate method in further education and in the development of working life.
Simulation enables creation of learning scenarios that simulates or models real-life situations and offers a possibility to practice for example decision-making or teamwork in a safe learning environment.
In simulation centre students from all faculties are given opportunities and safe environments to practice skills needed in future work.
Ongoing developing projects:
Simulation as a tool to develop the work community project (2017-2020). The main aim of the project is to develop a new pilot environment based on simulation method for enterprises and work organizations.
Simulation pedagogy is being developed by iSPAD-project
