Development of drinks

Food Pilot Plant has equipment to produce carbonated drinks and plant-based drinks such as oat milk. The equipment is complemented by an autoclave, which can be used for various heat treatments, including pasteurizations and sterilizations.

Development of drinks

Distilling equipment with pan and column distillation options can be used to produce various distillates such as gins, other flavored spirits and whiskeys. The capacity of the distilling equipment is 50 liters.

Product manager Jarkko Nikulin is responsible for services of carbonated drinks and distillates. Services regarding oat drink production are laboratory engineer Soila Saavala’s responsibility.
