Quality policy 

• Continuous maintenance, evaluation and development of quality is an essential part of all operations at the LAB University of Applied Sciences.
• At LAB, quality management is implemented taking into account the needs of students, staff and external stakeholders.
• LAB maintains a quality system that supports the implementation of strategic goals and resource planning, produces meaningful information to support management and everyday work, and promotes the active development of operations and the building of a high-quality LAB.
• The common practices and processes support the building of an organizational culture based on LAB's values.
• The rector is responsible for quality management as a whole. Every LAB employee and student is responsible for maintaining and developing quality when working as part of the higher education community.
