At the LAB University of Applied Sciences, we respond to the labor shortage in Early Childhood Education by implementing continuing education for Social Pedagogues (ECEC). The training is intended for those whose degree does not include qualification for Early Childhood Education.
The 60 ECTS online training program from Bachelor of Social Services to Social Pedagogues (ECEC) will be implemented during 2024. The training includes online workshops 1 x 3 hours per week and studying independently. The program is designed to be carried out alongside Early Childhood Education work.
The student receives strong support and guidance for his/her studies and learning on the job, which supports individual flexible progress. The planned duration of the studies is 1 year (2024), but faster progress is also possible.
