The aim of the HOPE project is to create an operating model that will enable young people aged 16-29 to find paths to working life and studies through targeted, inclusive hobby activities implemented in small groups. Everyone is welcome to the project, just as they are. A special target group in the project is women and rainbow youth.

The digital hobby activity of the HOPE project is called Diggaan! group activities. Diggaan! group activities are carried out in small groups of 5-10 people that meet regularly for approximately 1.5-3 hours at a time. In the group activities, young people can improve their skills, depending on the theme of the session, in, for example, gaming, art, photography, graphic design and social media content production. The Diggaan! group session also includes cooperation with educational institutions and companies according to the wishes and needs of the participants.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the Humanities University of Applied Sciences (main implementer) and LAB University of Applied Sciences. The operating area is Uusimaa and South Karelia.
