For more detailed information, please see the eligibility criteria for LAB Rolling Admission.
- Programme-specific selection: Eligible applicants who meet the general threshold requirements will be invited to complete a self-recorded video interview.
Video Interview Details
Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements and general threshold requirements will be invited to participate in the programme-specific selection process, which consists of a video interview. Applicants submit one pre-recorded video (max. 4 minutes) consisting of two parts.
Video Interview Content and Assessment Criteria
The video interview consists of a compulsory assignment (Part 1) and one assignment chosen by the applicant from three options (Part 2).
Part 1 – Mandatory assignment
- Motivation and understanding of the programme – max. 25 points
Part 2 – Choose one of three assignments
Applicants choose one of three assignments. All options are assessed using the same three criteria:
- Problem identification and analysis – max. 25 points
- Solution-oriented thinking and reasoning – max. 25 points
- Reflective thinking and clear communication – max. 25 points
More detailed instructions will be provided with the video interview invitation.
Assessment and scoring
Each video is assessed independently by two evaluators. The applicant's final score is the average of the two evaluators' scores.
The maximum score is 100 points. Applicants must receive at least 10/25 points for each assessment criterion and 50/100 points overall to pass the video interview.
Video interview scores are not used to rank applicants against each other. Applicants who meet the minimum video interview requirements and all other applicable admission criteria may be admitted if places are still available in the programme.
