The nationwide career monitoring survey aims at finding out how does the education meet the needs of working life and what does the career path of a higher education graduate look like. The questions deal with the quality of education, the skills it provides and how education has met the needs of working life.

Help current and future students

With the survey results, we'll be able to develop our curricula, address working life competence needs, utilize the results in students' career guidance and aim towards our organizational strategic goals. Furthermore, the results of the survey are utilized in development of Universities of Applied Sciences and it has an impact on LAB's funding. Therefore, every answer counts.

The survey is carried out annually

The online questionnaire is sent in October-November to those who have graduated from a UAS five years ago with either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. The survey is carried by the career monitoring network of UASs and CSC – ICT Center for Science. The information need is based on the University of Applied Sciences Act (932/2014) and regulation (1129/2014).
