XRAISE: XR- ja AI-teknologioilla buustia työllistymiseen
XRAISE develops new ways to support young people’s employment by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR). The project responds to the growing challenge of youth unemployment, difficulties in identifying and showcasing individual skills, and the need for more personalised and engaging employment services. The main target groups are young people aged 18-29, employers, employment authorities, and youth support services in South Karelia.
During 2026-2028, the project will design, pilot and evaluate new service and coaching concepts that support young people in progressing towards employment, education or entrepreneurship. In practice, the project will develop AI-based tools for skills identification and guidance, XR simulations, and digital coaching solutions. The development work will be carried out through co-creation involving young people and working life stakeholders, and the resulting operating models will be integrated into regional employment and youth services to ensure their long-term use and impact.
