Project organizations and key points in supporting companies with innovation in this project
Project Description

In the INNO100 – Growth from Sustainable Innovations project, we are developing Finnish working life by supporting SMEs and business advisors in enhancing their innovation activities. Our multidisciplinary consortium operates throughout Finland under the leadership of Centria University of Applied Sciences. In addition to LAB University of Applied Sciences, the consortium includes Oulun Seudun Uusyrityskeskus ry, Suomen Uusyrityskeskukset ry, and Osuuskunta A. Vipunen.

Objectives

Together, we enhance business productivity through improved quality of working life and strengthened capabilities for developing responsible innovations.

In practice, we support participating companies, for example, in:

1. Developing a work environment that supports companies’ innovation capabilities
2. Developing sustainability-related competencies
3. Enhancing the competencies of business advisors to support the commercialization of innovations

We will carry out company-specific pilots for businesses from different sectors across Finland, in which innovation experiments will be conducted to promote occupational well-being and productivity.

Project Outcomes

Alongside the pilots, we will develop, together with universities of applied sciences and other project partners, an experimentation portfolio for SMEs and business advisors. This portfolio will enable other companies and stakeholders to benefit from the results as well.

Apply to join the pilots, which will start at the beginning of 2027!
