HumanAI
The HumanAI project explores how artificial intelligence can be used ethically and effectively by combining human-centered and operational data in Finnish organizations. The project develops frameworks, integration models, and guidelines that support both business performance and employee wellbeing. Through research and collaboration with SMEs, the project creates a foundation for innovative, responsible, and commercially viable AI solutions for future workplaces.
