Unleash your inner mentor mind and participate in the spring What’s Happening! campus events. Let’s chat with students about career stories and work-life tips in a smooth atmosphere. Presenting your own work experiences are greatly appreciated. Students will carry these genuine encounters with them for a long time.

Selection of the Alumni of the Year

It is a great honor to select the Alumni of the Year based on outstanding merits. In the nomination process, we consider alumni who have graduated from LAB or its predecessors and have acted influentially in the LAB spirit of “Best of Both Worlds”. Candidates demonstrate approaches that combine the best aspects of two different worlds: higher education and practical working life. They have also boldly experimented with new ways of doing things and achieved positive impact. The winner will be awarded always at the end of the autumn semester and we will report on the topic during the early part of the year.

Please do participate. You can alumnilab [dot] fi (send us) your own proposal by the end of the September along your strong justifications. Our team will take all proposals into account when making the selection.

Planning to continue your studies after graduation? 

LAB Open UAS studies are free of charge for graduates from LAB in the graduation semester and in the two semesters following graduation. Get your benefit by joining as an alumni and signing up for an interesting course. We also regularly run study campaigns and announcements for all alumni, so keep an eye out.
