The equipment of pilot-scale test bakery includes dough mixers, a proofing cabinet, and ovens, in co-operation with Baron Foodtech. The services are enhanced with a Texture Analyser and Volume Scanner, which are presented in this blog text. The test bakery enables bakery product R&D services, raw material testing, process and recipe optimization tests, and a reliable comparison of the textural properties of bakery products. The development of new food products is also possible. The pilot bakery also has milling equipment, such as a test-scale hammer mill.
