The equipment of pilot-scale test bakery includes dough mixers, proofing cabinet and ovens, in co-operation with Baron Foodtech. Also, texture analyser and volume scanner fulfill the services. Test bakery enables bakery product development services, raw material testing, process and recipe optimization tests, and a reliable comparison of the structural properties of bakery products. Development of new food products is also possible. Pilot bakery also has milling equipment.
