The RenAIssance project addresses the growing AI skills gap in Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). By developing a structured AI-driven training framework, the project enables designers, architects, and creative professionals to integrate AI-powered creativity, digital fabrication, and sustainable design into their work.



RenAIssance identifies key AI competency gaps and delivers specialized training programs across multiple European countries. It designs AI-enhanced learning resources aligned with European Qualifications Framework (EQF) levels 3-8, ensuring industry relevance and employability. Training programs include generative AI, digital craftsmanship, and eco-conscious design methodologies. Through extensive pilot testing, the project refines AI-driven education strategies, integrating certification pathways and accreditation mechanisms to support long-term adoption.



By embedding AI into design education and professional training, RenAIssance equips the next generation of creative professionals with future-proof skills, fostering innovation and sustainability.
