Emerging from the uncertain times, driven by megatrends, precision automation solutions, and smart production technologies will dominate manufacturing and transportation on the verge of 4th Industrial Revolution (IR).



The 4th IR (or Industry 4.0) continues to adapt the manufacturing space, precision assembly, packaging, and transporting using smart sensors, efficient actuators, information technology (IT), as well as complex modeling, simulation, and software solutions. Faster, efficient, reliable, clean, safe production of higher-quality goods at reduced cost requires new solutions for production and transportation lines.



This project brings the idea of smart contactless linear actuators and sensors synergy developed in various LUT research academy and investment projects closer to commercialization opportunities. As an entry market, we target precise manufacturing (silicon foundries among first) where our linear precision motion platform responds to demanding requirements in silicon chip manufacturing, robotic assembly, additive manufacturing, pressing, forging, transporting, and other Industry 4.0 applications. Our solution provides micrometer precision force load measurement with built-in monitoring and self-diagnostics. Being fully contactless free from oil and wear of mechanical parts, the precision platform delivers unparallel cleanness and operation range with a more affordable price than commercially available similar platforms.
