CircElTex - Driving towards systemic change for a circular economy: Promoting reuse in consumer electronics and textiles
CircElTex will increase the reuse of textiles and small household appliances by establishing efficient systems for collection, repair, sharing, and redistribution. It will strengthen cooperation between public actors, SMEs, and consumers, ensuring that reusable materials are effectively processed and returned to the economic cycle. The implementation in two cities—Lahti (Finland) and Tallinn (Estonia)—provides a cross-border dimension, enabling the testing and replication of solutions in different national contexts.

The CircElTex project kicked off on 4th September
The CircElTex project partners from LAB University of Applied Sciences, LUT University, Tallinn University of Technology and Tartu Science Park met at Hotel Marski in Helsinki for an official kick-off. The meeting provided a great opportunity to discuss the project’s objectives and planned activities among the partnership and with the funder, to build a shared understanding, and agree on the next steps for moving the project forward.
