SLEM Project Meeting in Albania

Third project meeting took place in Shkodra, Albania during 11th and 12th of November 2021 in the premises of the Austrian School. For two days team members discussed piloting strategies for SLEM training modules. A piloting session was organised with small group of school students. This enabled SLEM team to collect feedback and to assess student experiences against those of piloting actions already undertaken in Liechtenstein and Finland.

Dissemination strategies were discussed for both academic and professional communities interested in self leadership and mindfulness topics. Despite Covid-19 restrictions SLEM consortium managed so far to complete all project activities including first piloting exercises undertaken in three countries (Liechtenstein, Finland and Albania) and underway in fourth one, Croatia. These activities will help consortium to improve project manual for trainers of entrepreneurial self-leadership skills that will be made freely available to educational institutions around the Europe.
