Structure of the Full Paper

We will share the full paper template soon; please use it and follow the instructions when preparing your paper.

Make sure that your paper is easy to understand also for readers who did not attend the conference. How you present your results may vary depending on your topic and style, but the length of the paper should not exceed 2500 words (not including the abstract and the list of references).

Make sure your paper is understandable also for people who do/did not attend the conference. The way you present your empirical findings will depend on your work's subject and discussion style. The length of the paper is limited to 2500 words not counting abstract and the list of references.

Authors are responsible for proofreading their own papers. We recommend having a native speaker check the language before submission to ensure clarity and correct grammar.

References

List your references in alphabetical order at the end of the paper, using the Harvard style. For instructions and detailed examples, see LAB Guide to Publishing.

Figures, Tables and Images

You may include up to four figures, tables, or images in the paper. Insert them into the Word file for the review process.

In addition, please upload all figures, tables, and images as separate files (jpg, png, pdf, or xls). Place all files in one ZIP folder before submitting them via ConfTool. Make sure they are clearly numbered and that their placement is indicated in the text (e.g., Table 1).

Each item should be referenced in the text and include a caption (figures/images below; tables above). Please make sure that all visuals are high enough quality for publication.

If you use images that are not your own, make sure you have the proper permissions and reference them correctly. Also provide text descriptions for images and figures to ensure accessibility for all readers. For more information, see Accessibility guidelines on LAB Open.
