Ville Niinistö is a Member of the European Parliament, where he is the coordinator for the Greens/EFA Group on the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE). He also serves as Chair of the Parliament’s Delegation to the EU–Russia Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
Niinistö’s work focuses on advancing climate action, promoting education and lifelong learning, defending human rights and the rule of law, and fostering a sustainable economy that supports both people and the environment. He has worked toward these goals as a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. Before that he was a party leader for the Finnish Greens, Minister of Environment in Finland and for 12 years as a member of the Finnish Parliament.

Keynote speech: Beyond the Algorithm – Urban Excellence in an Age of Mediocrity Engines
Alf Rehn is a professor of innovation, design, and management at the University of Southern Denmark, where he leads the CODES research center. He is internationally recognized for his work on creativity and innovation, and is also a bestselling author, strategic advisor, board professional, and globally active keynote speaker.
Rehn is known for combining cutting‑edge academic insight with extensive practical experience. His research examines themes such as power, exclusion, and creativity, often through counter‑intuitive analyses that challenge conventional management thinking. As an advisor, he has supported leaders and organizations seeking new perspectives on innovation and leadership, as well as those navigating emerging technologies such as AI and quantum technologies.

Joséphine Mickwitz is the Executive Vice President of Communications and Sustainability at Fazer Group, and member of the Group’s Leadership Team. She has extensive experience in leading corporate communications and sustainability across both industrial and retail sectors and is known for her values‑driven leadership and deep expertise in transformation and change communication.
Before joining Fazer, she held senior positions at among others Glaston Corporation – overseeing investor relations, communications, marketing, and sustainability – and at Tokmanni, where she served as Director of Investor Relations and Communications. Throughout her career, she has helped organisations articulate and implement strategies that connect corporate purpose with measurable progress in climate action, circularity, and social responsibility.
