Review Criteria - Academic
The academic abstracts are reviewed on the following criteria:
- Does the submission contribute to innovation or development activities and/or produce new knowledge in the thematic area?
- Are the research objectives clear?
- Is the methodology transparent, reliable and explicit?
- Are the results comprehensible and accessible?
- Are the eventual results relevant and useful to the wider population/companies/organizations/ cities?
- Does the submission propose creative and effective ideas that will help the presentation succeed in being interactive?
Review Criteria - Practical
The practical case study abstracts are reviewed on the following criteria:
- Are the objectives and relevance of the case study clear?
- Is the implementation approach of the case study clear?
- Are the results comprehensible and accessible?
- Does the case study demonstrate potential for expansion or scalability?
- Are there potential economic, social and/or environmental impacts?
- Does the submission propose creative and effective ideas that will help the presentation succeed in being interactive?
