When doing your registration please make sure to save and print the confirmation page. There will be no other confirmations available!​​

Registration Fee

Fee includes the participation to the conference and its programme,  refreshments mentioned at the conference programme, conference dinner and possible materials provided by speakers. Fee does not include travel expences and accommodation.

NOTE: VAT 24% will be added to the registration fee.

Before starting your registration

Before starting your registration please check the programme and specially the parallel session programme. There are short descriptions of each parallel sessions provided.
Programme

Means of Payment

You can pay your registration fee with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard), pdf-invoice, e-invoice.

Cancellation Policy

All changes in registration and notifications of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference e-mail: smartlahtilamk [dot] fi 

Registration is binding. It is possible to transfer the registration to another person from your organization by sending an e-mail to the conference e-mail smartlahtilamk [dot] fi.

No-shows are non-refundable. 

Full refund (minus bank charges and handling fee of 100 €) is possible only due to medical reasons. In order to get a refund, note of the cancellation must be sent to the conference e-mail immediately (before beginning of the conference) and a doctor’s statement has to be attached also. Due to organizational reasons, all refunds will be processed after the cofenrence.​

Accommodation

We kindly ask all participants to book their accommodation directly from the hotels. We will negotiate special fees.
