Human capital productivity development
The focus of the project is to develop human capital productivity in Päijät-Häme SMEs by improving companies’
knowhow and understanding in human capital productivity area, by developing supervisors’ interpersonal leadership
skills and by involving personnel in the development work.
Furthermore the project provides economic tools to measure the impact of employee well-being and enhances the overall profitability of the companies as well as the economic viability of the region. The main objective of the project is to achieve a sustainable improvement in human capital productivity and work well-being of the SMEs. Other objectives and targets are to learn to use the new participatory methods in SMEs and to create new effective models to be utilized and exploited widely in other companies in the area.
